“after being cancelled on several times by other braiders throughout the week, i called this shop in tears and asked if they could install the bundles i had. she was able to accommodate me same day and within 30 minutes, i was in the chair. everyone was so nice, and they worked very fast— they did small fulani knotless waist length in 6 hours. (i have a lot of hair and blown out it is pretty long!) there was lots of laughter, music, and teamwork that made the whole process fun and exciting. they brought my ideas to life and actually exceeded my expectations which is rare in cincinnati. i will definitely be going back, and if you need a new braider— go here!!!!“
