Erica did a wonderful job on my hair and the atmosphere was great if your a guy who loves sports then you must go there! TV's with sports and girls wearing jerseys it doesn't get better than that!

This was my first visit to the Fairfield location. I had been going to another Sports Clips in the area for 12 years. Due to constant turnover and inconsistency in my hair cuts, decided to try the Fairfield location. I was greeted by a man named Montana who was friendly and professional. I explained to him my previous experience and haircut and how unhappy I was with it. He listened to me and understood my wishes for my haircut. He did a wonderful job and as always, I got the MVP treatment which he did professionally. Montana by the way is the manager of this location.

Received an uneven haircut. Back is not straight and sides are uneven.

Received a refund, and was offered a free haircut to fix it. Really appreciate the owner taking the time to check in here.
