Great experience! Came out fast, set mouse traps where needed and walked me through all the possible access points and offered ways to close them up. Once mice were caught in the traps, I contacted Billy and he was out within 25 minutes to get them and reset more! Great experience!! Billy is really nice and helpful!

I had my initial visit today with Billy and he was great! He called and asked if it was okay if he came earlier and I said sure. He then followed up and called when he was 3 minutes away and when he was outside! Very consistent communication and very kind. He was professional I felt very comfortable I live alone as a young woman so that’s important for me to feel comfortable with any service provider and he was great! He was very educational and taught me a lot about do’s and don’ts. He then gave me time to clean out my spice cabinet while he went and mixed the solution and sprayed my entire condo and even helped with the outside of my condo in the hall as well!...read full review

Tech was on time and thorough. Highly recommend this company. Angie, explained everything to me prior to a tech coming to the house. I was worried about the children and pets. Angie reassured me that they were not at risk with their techniques that are used.I highly recommend this company.
