So the owner and most of the staff is very nice! They agreed to redo my nails which was nice. Pic 1&2 first time around looks like I did them myself. 3&4 look better I think. The problem I have is that the second time around I mentioned the bubble shape on my thumb where too much polish was applied and the technician doing my nails told me that she isn't taking money from me and I should be glad that she isn't because it wasn't her fault. This is the same woman who when we came in the 1st time was losing patience with my 5 year old while painting her finger nails. Again the staff here for the most part is wonderful and the owners are super nice and based off their full review

TRY at your own risk. I read the good reviews and thought I would give the place a try. They are going through a struggle. The massage chairs made more noise than they did doing any actual work. I came in with long even toe nails and left with an uneven hot mess all around. Normal Polish was not put on correctly. I couldn't imagine paying for shellac. The hot stone massage only had one stone, because someone else was receiving a stone massage also. The covid precautions were so-so. Only two employees so you had to be spaced out.

Had a pink and white full set done last Thursday. They looked pretty at the time however since then multiple nails have lifted off. I haven't done any strenuous activity that should knock the nails off. First one(left ring finger) almost fell off 3 days after I got then done and I've been using nail glue at home to try and keep them sticking. Now my hair keeps getting caught under the acrylics because they're lifting at the edges. I've never had my nails do that before, especially not when they're still new. They were pretty when I got them, and Trinny was lovely, but I feel very disappointed.
