Jerry came out the day after Christmas and saved the day. He is amazing, friendly,professional and prompt. He had my issue fixed within minutes. He is definitely the best by far. I would highly recommend him
We did an absolutely massive kitchen renovation with RR, and were blown away. We had heard from several other companies that it couldn't be done in our budget, but Rapid Response found a way. They were up front on what we could and could not afford, and found absolutely incredible ways to save and still build 100% of our dream kitchen. Beautiful, amazing attention to detail, and immediately took ownership on anything that didn't match what we were expecting and fixed it. Ask for Brad, we'll never do another project without him.
Rapid Response replaced the entirety of my flooring downstairs after a pipe burst and flooded the previous flooring. The job did take a lot longer than expected but after the wait my floors look brand new. They also replaced all of the trim and pieces of drywall that were effected. Everything looks great. The first time around, the floors did not get finished by the crew that was sent out to do them. The owner, Jerry, took charge in coming back to make sure the job was done correctly and was helpful every step of the way making sure to get the problems fixed.
