We had our back stairs with small deck demolished and completely replaced. The guys were so nice and professional. They listened to what we needed and provided a couple of options in different price ranges. We are so pleased with our new stairs and deck and know it will last a good long time! Would highly recommend and will be using them again in the future.

Pleased with the new fence around our deck. Good effort in the details. Project Mgr was easy to work with, only frustration was the workers building the fence spoke very little English so communication was difficult. Overall we are happy with Deck and Fence Renewal and would use them again.

Update 2025: our fence was installed in the fall of 2020. 16 of the 36 posts have warped so badly they need replaced - upon inspection by 3 different companies to get quotes for fixing it, INCLUDING this one. I have to get a whole new fence now, because it would cost me half the price just to fix what’s broken down already. It makes no sense financially to keep fixing it over the next several years because of the cheap components they used. They didn’t use ring shank nails on a lot of the pickets, either. Mentally and financially taking a toll this week.

Called and had to leave a voicemail—we have no clue their office hours since they claim on Google that they're open 24/7, which cannot be the case. A week later, still no response. Called again on 9/26 and spoke to someone to arrange a visit to the house for an estimate for staining/sealing our deck. We were told someone would be out on Tuesday and we didn't need to be home, then they'd leave the estimate on the porch. No one showed or left an estimate. We didn't hear from the company afterward—they offered no apology or explanation and didn't try to coordinate a new time.
This company seems unreliable, unprofessional, and uninterested in new business. They wasted our time.
UPDATE (10/13): 13 days after we were supposed to receive our quote, someone showed up unannounced to our house to complete the quote. Fortunately, my husband was in the backyard and was able to talk to the person before he came up on the deck. I was about to change after showering, and our bedroom has a patio door to the deck. The door has no coverings—we recently moved in and are waiting on a new door with blinds to arrive. It's not an issue in terms of neighbors, but it would be an issue if a completely unexpected person was up on the deck and walked that direction.
It's crazy to me that a company would wait almost 2 weeks to fulfill their broken promise, offer no apology or explanation in the meantime, and choose not to coordinate a new time or communicate their plans before showing. It's so discourteous. The only positives are their quote suggests that another quote is completely over the top (almost 3x higher), and the person who came out was friendly and left helpful company information with us.
Response to company, 10/29: I am not mistaken; the company is Deck and Fence Renewal Systems. We have a folder from the company with the name on the front and our quote (improperly dated 9/26) on our kitchen table. The quote is under my husband's name, not mine.
