Tom exceeded all my expectations. His best quality is availability. I was calling tom daily asking for mortgage estimates on homes I was visiting. He was never bothered and ALWAYS answered my calls. Second, his rates were unbeatable. You know you have a great rate when it suprises your realtor! I've used Tom for my home purchase in 2016 and again in 2020 when I sold my previous home and bought a new one on the same day. Very complicated stuff and Tom knocked the transition out the park. Very professional, great rates, and a overall great guy is why you can't beat Tom for your home financing needs!

You can't ask for a more knowledgeable or more committed mortgage professional than Tom. I had been introduced to Tom some time ago and for a variety of reasons we never executed on the refinancing. But we kept in touch. When the time was right, Tom presented us with a number of options and helped my wife and I decide upon the right product.
