Called for a price , and the female on the phone had no idea the cost to dry clean an item at DRY CLEANERS. What kind of business is this? Wow. They won't have my business, considering they can't even give a quote.

Excellent dry cleaner who is very honest with pricing and procedures up front. Highly recommend them!

Gave them my wedding dress literally a year ago (and my dress is simple and small). My mother kept calling and they said they are getting to it. My mom picked it up today (ten days shy of a year) and it wasn’t touched or cleaned and crumbled on a hanger worse than when we brought it... DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. This place is horrible! AWFUL.

A bit costly but you get what you pay for. Great dry cleaners!

I had a stain on a sport coat that no other dry cleaner was able to take out. It’s the personal touch that matters. Won’t go anywhere else again.

This was my first experience with them and 5*. Lisa was professional, my suits were perfect. Truth be told I left a key in my pocket. I picked up my suits and they handed me a bag. Low and behold. A key I had forgotten. This is superb customer service. Thank you all for being a standup, honest business! I will be a customer for life

Tim was able to repair the damage another dry cleaning service did to my suit. My suit looked great for my mothers funeral and for formal night on our last cruise. I will be taking my suit and my wife's jackets to Premier.

Quality is fine but seems pricey. $90 to dry clean 5 mens button up shirts, 4 pants, and a sports jacket seemed high.

This Dry Cleaning Company that boasts Shirt cleaning in their name & description, Do NOT Button -Up Men’s Dress Shirts or Women’s Blouses. When I picked up my dress blouses, I needed to iron them because the collars were flattened and the blouses wrinkled hanging crooked on the hanger. This last time my new white blouse had some dark mark on the collar test was not there when dropped off. When I asked them if they could button-up the shirts, I was told NO, it would take too long.the lady said she’s worked there for 8 years and they never button-up shirts. Just the first button is buttoned. The mark on the collar will be taken care of free of charge and ready on Wednesday after 5. No apology and not rushed. I work long hours and this is why I go to the cleaners, to save time, so I don’t have to iron. You pay a decent price, but it’s a service you are paying for.
I switched to this company because mine went out of business, whom Always buttoned every button, even the sleeves. My shirts & blouses were crisp and wrinkle free. I did not have to iron them.
Just to make sure I was not asking for something out of the ordinary which I was made to feel like. I googled it. See Reply given below:

Yes, a dry cleaner should always button up dress shirts and blouses after dry cleaning, as this helps to maintain their shape and crisp appearance during the pressing process, ensuring they are ready to wear upon pick up; most professional cleaners will automatically button up shirts as part of their standard cleaning procedure.

I located a new Dry Cleaning Co and called and to ask first if they button up shirts. The answer was YES and they were surprised by the question. Adding of course we do!
They are further away. But, I’m not going to Premier and paying the same for a service that’s not done properly and staff not friendly on top of it. Premier is not a fitting name for this company.
