One of the best places I’ve ever been! From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed by a beautiful office and an incredible staff who are genuinely kind, friendly, and happy to answer every question. For example, during my first visit, the nurse took extra time to explain each step of the process and made sure I felt completely comfortable before moving forward. First time visit to Optima. Everything went great. Was able to schedule appointment in a short amount of time. Receptionist was great, friendly and very efficient. Dr and assistant were fantastic and did a great job of explaining everything.
