The Newair crew did a superb job replacing our heat pump that failed right after moving into our new home. Very thankful they were able to schedule a replacement before the cold weather hit hard! The system required some custom fitting with the original ducts, but they took it in stride to get us a warm home in a very reasonable amount of time.
The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. Quickly repaired furnace when temperature was 5 degrees outside and indoor temperature was dropping rapidly. Same day service. Highly recommend.
