Lake Eric Limo service is excellent! Eric helped us set up a party Mercedes van for my mom's 70th birthday! He was great at communication and made the process very easy to organize. The prices were much better than all the other places we called and very fair! The driver, Eugene was super friendly and helpful. He got off the van to help my mom navigate the steps numerous times. He was very thoughtful about the drop off locations, making sure there wasn't too much traffic or snow on the sidewalks. He was very responsive and great at communication. Driver Josh was amazing yesterday - showed up early for pickup, super clean and stocked limo, and got us all to the event promptly. Afterwards he waited for us to get out long after the show had ended and went out of his way to drop a few of our friends off. We would highly recommend and will definitely use them for our next event!!!
Great service and fantastic communication, highly recommend. We booked with Lake Erie Limo for a group wine trip and everything was perfect. Our driver Andrew arrived early and was extremely professional and helpful. We will certainly book again.
