I have a custom engagement ring that I totally destroyed - no one would fix it. Those that said they could attempt it wanted to replace the entire head, which would make the stone sit way too high, ruining the look. These guys took on the repair and did it FLAWLESSLY. I’m so so SO thankful and thrilled with the results.
