Poor policies make it hard for single parents. It's summer, kids are out of school so it's impossible to find a time Monday through Friday when I wouldn't have a child with me. Showed up and was told my 10 year old couldn't go back with me, and couldn't sit in the waiting room. So they sat in the Car with it running for 45 min while I sat in the waiting room with one other person. All so I could walk back for 5 minutes and I spent maybe 30 seconds behind a door peeing in a cup. There's absolutely no I reason a child couldn't sit outside the door while all of that transpired.
