The staff was polite and professional. I guess I need to speak to someone who can advise me on what is covered on my pre-owned certified CRV. I came in for my oil change that was due. I ended up having a wheel alignment, which I did request but I was not aware that it wasn't under warranty.
I chose to go with a Honda from the recommendation of my mechanic. My first choice was to go back to a Nissan. He explained to me that Honda and Toyota were better with less maintenance issues. I hope going forward this will become true.

I am asked to share my experience with this dealership, so i will —

i’ve heard so much over the years about how reliable Honda cars were. That honda was the standard to go by. I guess this is as imaginary as a fairytale because it’s simply not true.

My car is still under warranty, and i go to get a busted sensor fixed and find out that they don’t cover this particular issue.

Honda took off the bumper to assess the situation and charged 200 dollars to put the bumper back on. it’s like charging to open and shut the passenger door. but that’s besides the point.

i was told that my sensor would not be covered because of the minor scratches on the bumper. No dents, just scratches. the same scratches that you get from driving on the road in north east ohio. i don’t live in a show room, I live in cleveland where there are bumpy roads, and inclement weather. This sensor has been sunken into the body of the car, no dents on the bumper at all.

Is this the quality and the reliability that i’ve heard about from honda? Or is Honda relying on past glories.

A sensor shouldn’t be able to just fall out, there are no dents on my bumper so you’re telling me the scratches on the car are why honda won’t cover the charge— so you’re telling me minor scratches can make your “quality” car fall apart.

This honda fairytale doesn’t have a happy ending, i’ve been told they would reach out but there has been zero communication. Much like the stories I heard about how great Honda cars were, the customer service in reality ended up being just as poor.

Hopefully this fairytale can sort it self out, but I think they’ll just charge me 200 dollars to write a better ending.

Good job on feedback for diagnosis specifics. Prices are pretty high though, but expected with all their overhead.

Salesman was polite and helpful, not pushy or aggressive, but he was misinformed about features on the car he was selling us, and promised us it had multiple features it didn’t, only realizing it after all the paperwork was done. Partly our fault, we should’ve checked, but also frustrating he promised us things that weren’t true. Overall still happy with his customer service. Finance manager is friendly, but will do everything to create problems for you. We were originally told we didn’t need to bring the title for our trade, then a few weeks later get a voicemail saying we need it after all. Weird, but ok. I get the title, and call him back to arrange drop off. No answer to 3 phone calls and 3 voicemails for several weeks, until he finally has his manager call to threaten legal action due to my “lack of response”, followed by lying about ignoring the calls and messages. Overall, decent salesperson, terrible management, even worse accountability. If I could give a 0 star review I would.

My salesman, Don Cronin took great care of me and my wife when we purchased a 2014 Honda Odyssey. Everyone was polite and professional! Thanks

I learned my lesson from buying a truck from Manor Honda after I got it home and they told me it was a solid truck took the bedliner on. There's a hole in the bed and all the doors underneath. All rusted the salesman. Donald. Remember that do not buy anything from him, they atold me it was a solid truck, but that's my fault. I should know how salesman are.
