We were from out of town and needed our laundry done. Granny Annes went out of their way and did us a big solid getting our laundry done in a timely manner. We appreciated it very much.

We’ve been going to them for years and have always had wonderful service. Today was exceptional. Time got away from me on a Saturday, and I did not make it to the store before close. My husband had a very important work trip the next day and needed his work clothes. (He was with our son an hour away from home all day at soccer, and would not be able to make it on time.) In a panic, I called the store hoping someone would answer, and they did! It was the Cleveland location, however! I told Maverick my dilemma. He told me that the workers were already gone for the day at the mentor location (where my clothes were), but he would gladly come later in the day to open for... read full review

Have never seen a better dry cleaning place in the city. They are the best, top tier, wonderful, perfect and amazing at their job. My family only dry cleans at granny Anne's and I recommend all my friends and coworkers to this place!!!
