Top notch customer contact and service! We were in a bind, and Bruce, the owner, came out and assessed our situation. He gave us a quote, and we proceeded to contract him to do the job. His installer, Tom, was the nicest, most polite gentleman. He is a Master at his craft, as he custom fit a new HV/AC unit into our condo in Rocky River. He did a beautiful job replacing the old original 62 yr old unit. We are SO pleased with every aspect of working with them! I highly recommend them to anyone! We will be a lifelong customer for any regular maintenance or service down the road. Thank you, thank you!!
