Inheriting my mother’s ring set was such an emotional experience. I took the pair of the 72 year-old rings to Crown Jewelry and Boutique to have them repaired and resized. Rick and Casey were so pleasant and helpful. My rings now sparkle like they must have in 1954 when my Dad purchased them! I am so pleased with my experience with Crown.
A few months ago I stopped in to have some other pieces evaluated, and Casey took his time with us as he examined each item, then gave his opinion. His thoughtful and@,, professional manner was the reason I returned for the rings' revitalization.

10/10 recommended Crown Jewlers. You can tell the owner and staff care about your jewelry as if it’s their own. I came in to get my ring resized and polished due to normal wear and tear of many years of wearing it. They had a reasonable turn around time and made my ring of almost 10 years look brand new. I will continue to go to Crown Jewlers over the competitors.

Their prices are honest and fair especially compared to the bigger chain Jewelry stores. And the quality of their products I have purchased is nothing but great! Went in for a watch battery, told me it would take a day to do, no big deal but I wanted it done today so I said no thanks; on my way out he made a snarky comment and said “I’m a custom jeweler I can’t just stop what I’m doing to change a simple watch battery” Went down the street to another custom jeweler who did it in less than 5 minutes for me same day.

Brought a diamond & setting here to have them set it. Rather than telling me the setting doesn’t work for the diamond I purchased, they used SUPERGLUE to artificially secure the diamond to the setting. Can no longer return the $3,000 setting because of this. What jeweler uses superglue without telling the customer?
EDIT: The owners responded claiming they have no record of doing business with me, so here’s a screenshot from my bank statement. Go elsewhere. Superglue is just embarrassing.
