I have never had a wait here and there is never a line when illness strikes in our household. I've had pretty good experiences, the receptionist could be a little nicer and more engaging.

Staff is so friendly, detailed, and caring. I came in twice (once for an adverse reaction to a medication and the other for a hand injury). Each visit I was seen promptly, check in was quick, waiting area and patient exam rooms were clean, and the providers were thorough but also didn't waste time getting me out in a reasonable amount of time for an urgent care visit. Thank you Mentor CCF urgent care team!

Before leaving home last night, I checked the website and it stated a 5 minute wait time. The woman behind the desk was patient and efficient. Three minutes later the nurse, Diane, called my name and took my vitals and information. She was polite and kind, with a sense of humor; especially unexpected as this was towards the end of a long day. Soon after Howard Schultz, PA-C, came into the room and diagnosed my rash, and determined it was not part of my second issue. He was as good of a listener as he was asking relevant questions, to reach a diagnosis. He seemed genuinely interested in solving my problems.
