Hi my name is Kelly and my husband ‘s name is Alan , We bought our carpet from Carpet One because of their friendly sales people their prices and the owner herself Stacey. There was no problems from day one . When it came time for the carpet to be put in. The young man that came to the house was incredible. . No messing around . Very polite and courteous. We would NEVER GET CARPET from anywhere else again, The staff at the store and your man that came out to the house made it a great experience .

I have ordered carpet several times. I have worked mostly with Stacey but the other sales staff are great too. I have only great things to say about the service! From the measurements to the ordering and then the installation. Everyone was helpful and efficient. Finished product is always amazing
