From start to finish Burrier Service Company provided an excellent experience for our new furnace and A/C installation . Tom Shannon was professional and helpful during the initial estimate , patiently answering all of our questions. On installation day ( Sept 2025 ) Mike, Jace and Kurtiss arrived on time and were very respectful of our home , wearing shoe covers and laying down drop cloths. They worked diligently and had the job done quickly. They walked us through how to use our new thermostat and made sure we understood the system before leaving. Our new unit is working wonderfully. I’ve used Burrier for over 20 years. Just replaced my air-conditioning (sold and installed by Burrier) and original 35 year-old furnace. Tom came out and reviewed my options, no hard sell, just like 20 years ago. Technicians Mike and Levi were professional, punctual, and finished the project in two days as promised. We’ve had routine and emergency service calls over the years. These guys provide service and quality at a reasonable cost. Highly recommend.
