We recommend Anderson for ALL of their services!!! We've owned our home for 12 years. We bought it with an included 1yr home warranty. Within the 1st year, there was an issue with the furnace. Our home warranty company chose Anderson as our service provider. Since...they've replaced our furnace and AC unit. We decided to use their membership program where they come out twice a year, usually spring and fall, to make sure everything's running properly. Billy P. Did a great job of routine tune-up maintenance on this visit. He corrected the errors made by the install team of installing the wrong thermostat for my system. I was glad when I saw he was the one assigned. He has taken care of my system many times and always done a phenomenal job.
