Love that they carry Toro original parts. Very helpful behind the counter. No hurry to take care of customers. Would be 5 star if it were a little more organized and if staff would wait on more than 1 customer at a time when there is 2 employees behind the customer service desk.

Lost my business. They've had my leaf blower for a month and a half after telling me 3 weeks. No calls or communication of any kind. When I call they just put my on hold and never get back to the phone.Update:Drove up there a couple days later and turns out my leaf blower was done. Never got a call. It was just sitting up there when I needed it for who knows how long. It works great so I bumped the review up to a 3 star. You're supposed to call me to tell me when it's done so I can get my stuff out of your hair and give you money, instead it sat there taking up space while I needed it and I have to call multiple times only to catch attitude and get put on hold for extended...read full review
