Dave Range inspected a home I intend to purchase. He noticed a few problems that I hadn't see before and even included pictures of those areas in his report. Since this is an older home, there were some things that might have been up to code when the house was built but are not now. I appreciate that he pointed this out, and I will have those issues fixed. I especially liked that he printed a special sheet listing the most important problems along with a reference to the page and section where he described in detail what was wrong. This made a handy sheet for me to pass on to the realtor to show to the sellers. He inspected 15 areas in the house which had multiple areas for inspection in each one. He was polite and professional and a pleasure to work with. I believe he did a thorough job and would highly recommend him.
