By far the best person I’ve dealt with during the whole home buying experience. Our realtor tried bullying us into buying a house we weren’t comfortable with and Dave gave us the information and facts about what was wrong with the house without hiding anything.
My boyfriend and I were very pleased with our Hearth and Home inspection. Dave was kind, professional, knowledgeable and answered any questions we had and even gave us tips and let us know when we’d need to replace certain things in the home. We received our report quickly and overall it was an excellent experience. We will be recommending to any family/friends in the future!
Dave did an excellent quality home inspection for us (first time home buyers) and clearly explained what he was looking for and why. This made our experience much less stressful and helped us to get to know our new home. He was quick to respond and book our inspection, and very professional.
