Charlie was amazing! He was able to come inspect our house on short notice. As first time home buyers, we weren't sure what we were looking for, but Charlie took us through the house and showed us every nook and cranny. He climbed into crawl spaces and didn't miss a thing. Not only did he show us things that would need repaired before closing, he helped guide us with routine house maintenance that we would need in the future. He was very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend!! Also - we were given a copy of the report same day which was helpful with returning to the sellers for repair requests.

Charlie was outstanding to work with. He is a true professional and was VERY accommodating during the inspection. We had to wait for the seller to get some additonal work done and Charlie was very willing and very flexible with the timeline.
