The equipment and the sale is fine, How ever the service after the sale trouble and lack of clarity during the sale regarding service levels and warranty .
If there is an issue then the service that a customer will get is trouble due to the poor warranty service and lack of professionalism.
ThomasTech is an excellent source for systems and parts, and their team provides quality maintenance services custom tailored to fit the needs of the customer.
The guys are always very friendly! Great service!
