I can’t thank Roto-Rooter enough for taking the time to detect where the leak in my house was coming from…Mark painstakingly checked EVERY SINGLE water line and pipe in my house to see where the leak could be coming from. We were near seconds to minutes away from having to cut a section of my wall open to get a visual of more hidden pipes, however, all efforts were made to spare my wall. Jay and Mark checked over my whole house with a fine toon Comb and covered all their bases before any cutting would happen (I very happy and thankful they were hesitant to cut unless they had to). When we finally figured out what is was, it was just an old hidden ice maker valve that was cracked open leaking into my basement-true detectives they were! I would’ve never found it! Absolutely Everybody, including Mike, Mark, Jay and Jademen treated my house as if it were their own and genuinely cared about the problem. I have had many experiences with plumbing companies over the years, however, I’ve never felt I was in better hands than Roto-Rooters. Hopefully I don’t need a plumber again for a while but I trust Roto Rooter will have my back! Thank you all!!!!!!!
The technician, Joe, saved the day! He arrived quickly, made an introduction, and got right to work. After a thorough investigation, he was able to diagnose the issue and efficiently made the repair.
When my hot water tank was leaking they were here same day, verified the problem, let me know cost if I wanted it done by them. They finished the same day. Now with another problem, which seems to be the caulking around the water meter pipe coming in my home, they are working with me to verify the problem, need it dripping again to see where it's coming from. I like a company that explains, understands, doesn't put a bandaid on a problem, fixes it and work with customers.
