What a great experience. The man worked very hard and did an excellent job cleaning my carpets. He is a man whom has a passion for what he does and it showed with the results. He worked hard and it did not take as long as I assumed it would.

After struggling to get an appointment with another local company for weeks and experiencing terrible customer service despite raving reviews, I turned to Medina Carpet Cleaning and Jerry was at my door three days later. I should have called him first! The price was affordable and my carpets look almost new again. I would definitely recommend!
