I contacted my Hyundai Roadside Assistance on 8/14/2024 and they dispatched Lloyd's Towing Service. Joe was the employee that came out to assist me, my battery was dead after waiting a week for a loner car. He jumped my car and followed me out to Crestmont Hyundai in Brunswick just to make sure the car made it there. Joe was very kind, friendly and professional, he even walked in the service department with me to make sure the loaner car was ready. Thank you, Joe, I really appreciate the great service you provided to me. I would highly recommended Lloyd's Towing and Service in Medina, Ohio.
