This is for the new stylist Shiloh. I stopped in today just to get a quick cut and fade for the summer instead of doing it myself like usual. Shiloh, who was new, helped me at the front desk and was about to hand me off to someone else because of the zero fade until I requested to be a practice customer. I always like being able to offer low stress opportunity to learn and practice to new people and today was well worth it. With a little guidance and wonderful conversation because I was the only one in the salon, Shiloh did an incredible job. I like this place. I usually get a good haircut. My problem is with the app. You should be able to request a stylist. For four months I have not been able to see my favorite stylist. I just happen to go in when she is off. My options are to let someone else cut my hair or come back another day. I don't like wasting time.

My husband went for a haircut. He signed in online ahead of time. They took him right away and cut his hair exactly the way he wanted it. Their facility is clean and organized. He was able to use a coupon too. He was very happy.
