My outside HVAC unit wasn't running anymore so I called genes and they had it fixed the same day they came out. Josh was awesome and fixed it in 10 minutes! Very easy and quick!
DJ was very knowledgeable and extremely fast .. showed him to my ac / furnace he tested the motherboard diagnosed the problem ( blower motor module ) and suggested the best and most inexpensive fix without knowing that one of his competitors told my fiancé she had to replace the whole furnace (5000$)the day prior . I would suggest genes to everyone but more so I’d request and suggest Dj!! Dude seriously got after it and did not try to screw me
