Excellence In Eye Care Inc. offers a unique and comfortable office designed for easy patient navigation. Many patients appreciate the attentive care provided by Dr. Esposito and the staff. Haley, in particular, is noted for her helpfulness in quickly fixing glasses. Patients feel valued with staff members like Krystal, who go the extra mile to assist with frame selection. However, some experiences with purchasing frames have been less favorable, with long waits and issues regarding vision benefits. Overall, the office is praised for its friendly atmosphere and dedicated doctors, despite some challenges in the frame purchasing process.
Reviews
Dr. Wiseman is awesome! Great staff too!
Dr. Esposito removed a skin tag from my 10 year olds eyelid yesterday. He was absolutely wonderful, calm and patient with her. He even sang to her to calm her down when she was scared. His nurse was as sweet as can be and held her hand. I would recommend anyone to him espescially kids.
She's also seen him for another issue and he was excellent then too. Explaining everything to her and taking time to answer her questions, even the non relevant silly ones.
The whole staff is amazing and 5 people in my family go here for a variety of eye care needs.
