My 2016 Honda Crv only goes to Woodruffs to be worked on. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and don't charge and arm and a leg. Jason and Christy Woodruff are good people.

DON'T GO HERE! I found a handful of screws rolling around under the hood when I got home. Who knows how many fell out. What's that tell you about their quality of workmanship?

My dad took my car to this location. I got my car back and the next day or so , my car break down in the middle of a main road. I had to sit there until my boyfriend came and got me, and had to push it into a parking lot. Me and my boyfriend then drove home in his car to figure this out. Come to find out, they don't use lock tight !! A bolt connected to my breaks, CAME OUT ! I called, obviously upset, and they completely tried to dismiss it! Saying things like " well I'm not sure who was working" , " I don't know but I guess we'll look at it". It was an older women who was acting like this was my fault, and came off as aggressive. They tried to get my dad to pay for a tow truck to come get it, but ended up sending a tow truck 2 hours later after I drove BACK to my car to send them pictures to "see if it fit in their trailer". They also ended up " fixing" my bumper by using zip ties..... I had my friend who's a mechanic look at it and he said someone should be fired over this. this whole situation was stressful, and could have been very dangerous if I had gotten on the highway.
