Friendly service despite the crowded situation. That said, the space is small (narrow) and noisy, and I had difficulty hearing the figure (the person calling the number) from the background (the noise from other people waiting for their turn. They have a good system to keep the inside crowd manageable. The checkin kiosk tells consumers to wait outside until they're notified by text to enter the lobby to finish waiting for their turn. But still, the space is crowded and noisy. But the people who work there are friendly, and they do their best.
Kathy is the lady you want here at this office! She went above and beyond to help me with my reinstatement, when previously I was at another location and got the wrong information and was told to get the wrong documents and kathy helped make all that proper.And I was able to walk out ready to drive
