They carry the Frog ? chemical floating balls for my hot tub. Same price as where I used to have them delivered and came now have them the same day, only once have I gone in and they were out of stock. They don’t last lang as I’d like. But this store is conveniently located.

Ohio Pool & Spa was quickly able to assist me with a needed hut tub cover replacement. We moved into a new home and didn’t have any paperwork on the hot tub. Turns out they had sold to the original owners. They were able to order us the right size, will be installing it when it arrives, and they provided us with the owners manual so we know what we are dealing with. They were so polite and helpful. I’m glad I stopped in.

Great service and staff. I’m happy with my Hot Spring hot tub I purchased there that Jim patiently helped us select. They definitely stand behind their products. I’ve had a cover replaced under warranty; and the service staff was able to work with Watkins Mfg. to get me some new salt system cartridges after a batch I bought there didn’t last three months.
