Sales person Jim was very knowledgeable and personable, this was our first hot tub and Jim worked with us and we ended up with the perfect hot tub for us. The installation was flawless and the technicians were very polite, professional, knowledgeable and explained and demonstrated all of the hot tub features, it was a big tub and needed to be lifted about 6 feet up to a platform, the team worked very well and were very coordinated for a difficult lift. The tub worked perfectly and my wife and I love it. Ohio pools and Spa turned out to be a great place to purchase my spa/hot tub. My sales man Eric at the Mayfield Hts Ohio store was amazing, he was very efficient at making sure I was well taken care of. He is very knowledgeable of their products he is very thoroug, he is extremely professional and extremely kind and courteous. Any questions or issue I may have had dealing with my purchase he was A1 in making sure I was well taken care of and satisfied to the fullest in every way possible. I called inquiring about a custom pool cover for my boss. Even though that is not something Ohio Pools & Spa could help with, Jim spoke to me for over 10 minutes making sure I understood the options for winter covers vs. motorized covers so I could easily explain to my boss what his options were. Jim was incredibly helpful and really made my life easier. He is professional and friendly and I can't thank him enough! THANKS JIM!!!!!
