He is very knowledgeable of their products he is very thoroug, he is extremely professional and extremely kind and courteous. I called inquiring about a custom pool cover for my boss. Even though that is not something Ohio Pools & Spa could help with, Jim spoke to me for over 10 minutes making sure I understood the options for winter covers vs. motorized covers so I could easily explain to my boss what his options were. Jim was incredibly helpful and really made my life easier. He is professional and friendly and I can't thank him enough! THANKS JIM!!!!!
