This was my first visit to Apex and it was a great experience. The facility is beautiful, I had little to no wait time, and everyone was very friendly. I also had all my questions and concerns addressed. Thank you Apex!
Just wanted to share a quick shoutout to Dr. Moore and his team for their exceptional care provided to my husband yesterday.
Dr. Moore is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also remarkably patient! He takes the time to really listen and explain everything thoroughly. His assistant, Kristine, was also outstanding, so kind, organized, and helpful throughout the entire visit. We are grateful to be in such capable hands!!!
Doctor Moore is great. The phone service is not good. I can’t ever get a hold of some one with out going in circles with the menus. Leaving a voice mail is not what I want. I’d like to talk to someone. Please re do your dial ins to have some one pick up the phone!!!
