I had a great experience at Apex. I saw Dr. Moore who promptly answered my questions (not in a rushed way— just efficiently), and explained all treatment options. I didn’t feel forced into any particular treatment plan, and he did a great job of explaining exactly what each treatment would resolve vs. what it wouldn’t resolve, and why he’d recommend certain treatments over others. I appreciated how transparent he was about options, side effects, potential outcomes, and treatment costs. I’m looking forward to improving my skin health and tackling some of the conditions that have eroded my confidence over the last few years.
Staff and provider were pleasant, professional and offered very understandable information and direction for my son. I liked them so much that I’m changing my own provider to Apex!
