I've been going to Tamara TCM for over a year now, and let me tell you, it's been nothing short of astonishing. My sleep quality has improved dramatically, and I've found relief from back pain that I thought was a permanent part of my life. Stress? What stress? I can’t say enough about Tamara TCM. After years of seeking various treatments for neck pain and headaches/migraines I somehow stumbled upon acupuncture. Within my first visit, I was no longer feeling pain. I left feeling lighter. Each treatment I’ve received I experience the same results lasting longer in duration. I’ve been treated by Tamara and Shelly, both of whom I feel to be absolutely wonderful providers. I feel immense gratitude for them and what they’re doing for me. If you’re skeptical, just go!

I’ve been going to Tamara for over a month now and have been recommending her to everyone I know. I initially went for fertility issues, but she’s successfully treated my anxiety and depression issues that I was dealing with. They do a complete questionnaire of all what’s going on with you and address it. Way more than I’ve ever had with a doctor. If you are in the fence just do it, you won’t regret it!
