5 star experience! Josh has a wonderful bedside manner, and truly cares about his patients. He takes the time to listen and fully explain/educate you on things. You never feel like your care is rushed. I started going to him after my doctor retired. I now entrust him with my family. My adult children think he is wonderful as well. The office is clean, the office staff is attentive and the other clinical staff are all very kind and attentive as well. Aging isn't fun, but it is a little less scarey when you can count on your medical team!
I had an excellent experience! The entire staff was amazing from the moment I walked in. Everyone was welcoming, professional, and truly focused on patient-centered care. Dr. Trobaugh took her time to listen to me, asked lots of questions, and really made an effort to get to know me as I was establishing care.
