This studio is amazing. The way Diana explains things is so easy for anyone trying to learn. Also if you are new to a group class she will also try and give extra explanation for any new stretches. I love the small class size. It makes things much more comfortable and you still get some one on one attention if you aren't posing quite right. Diana takes her time in each class to explain the why's and how's of every pose every movement and why it is so important to always maintain proper form. I have been a long-timer with essence. I appreciated how the studio dealt with the challenges of COVID and always felt very safe there when attending in person. The staff are very knowledgable and I consider many of them friends now. The atmosphere is truly something you have to feel in person to understand; it's like home to me, and even my kids appreciate the vibe there! I have earned my 200 hour yoga certification and am currently working on my 300 hr... in addition to having attended countless classes, workshops and trainings.
