Our thermostat quit working last night and Cris Ruby came out and replaced it. He was pretty prompt getting here and replacing it before the temperature dropped to much. Thank you Chris!
I would highly recommend using Wayne's for any of your HVAC needs! I am a property manager for rentals and this was the best experience I have had with an HVAC professional. Chris was on time and very professional. There was a kindness and a warmth to his professionalism. I greatly appreciated the transparency with everything that he was doing, and he explained issues to me in a very understandable manner. the pricing of everything was fair and affordable. If I could give more stars, I would!! :)
These guys do great work! I booked an appointment online and Chris came out the next day. His inspection was very thorough & gave us many options.Thanks for the special attention to detail, highly recommended!
