Extremely pleased with the eye exam and doctor she went the extra mile to perform a very thorough examination and the ladies that help with picking frames and insurance billing are quite knowledgeable and very patient and pleasant to engage with I will always come back for future needs and rather than name individuals I would just like to say everyone does a fantastic job here. Thanks to everyone!!!
There was over a 30 mininte wait past our appointment time. Their only explanation was they are always busy. I guess I would suggest an appointment earlier in the day if you don't want to wait an hour for your appointment. Services and frames are reasonable priced.
Major shout-out to Dr. Werstler, Lindsey, Missy, and staff. Fantastic service...needed a contact prescription adjusted and glasses repair. Refunded the original contacts, updated my prescription, and Lindsey fixed my glasses at cost ($2.64). Friendly and professional. Look no further for all your optometric needs...BIG UP!!!
