About Tru-Strength Performance Center / CF Massillon

I started working out at Tru-Strength Performance Center one year ago with the goal of losing some weight. Once I began working with Tom he instilled in me the confidence that I could do more than I gave myself credit for! Tom is a great coach and cheerleader to have but has also become a good friend. I worked out with Tom from 2009-2011 and now again for the last 5 months. He's been doing this a long time but he's always making changes. Just show up, be willing to work, coachable, and accountable to yourself, and Tom will help you get results. He focuses on each person individually in the class - age, injury history, current capabilities, etc. I've seen him work with teens, guys who bench over 400lbs, 50 somethings, and seniors and he's helped them all get stronger and fitter. He'll explain every move before you start, coach you on form along the way, and give you tools to track your progress.
1st experience with Crossfit & joining was one of the best decisions I've made. Tom R. Is amazing & just a wealth of knowledge concerning crossfit, nutrition, overall health & will get you on a path to being your best self. Great gym, owner/instructor & members!
