Absolutely would recommend this gym to everyone! If you've been toying with the idea of having a personal trainer, this is your sign to do it! My husband and I both come twice a week on average. The price doesn't break the bank and it's been the perfect way to keep us on track over the last year and a half. Our trainer Brittany is amazing...she's very reliable, so knowledgeable about everything to do with health and fitness, and she always has tons of advice and tips to be a better you. I would give 10 stars if I could! MyFit Life has the best trainers and atmosphere. I struggle with gym anxiety and have tried tons of different gyms in the area. Although its not technially a gym, I have never felt more comfortable working out anywhere else. Everyone is super nice and inviting, and there isnt anything/anyone that could be intimidating in the slightest! My trainer Brittany is absolutely amazing! She is the best combination of holding you 100% accountable without making you feel guilty. Ive been with her for 2 years now and have no desire to stop. The last 2 years, I’ve begun prioritizing fitness and mental health starting with training twice a week at MyFitLife. I wasn’t sure what to expect but have felt comfortable with everyone at the gym very welcoming - no pressure or judgement. My trainer Brittany is very knowledgeable and meets me where I’m at to get me moving with modifications as necessary. I’ve progressively built strength and confidence each session. Brittany’s always supportive and encouraging, challenging my body enough that I can handle & distracting that little voice in my head with questions and conversation.
