I had an issue where my garbage disposal stopped working. I tried a couple things, to no avail. He gave me advice over the phone that I tried and it worked. Very impressive. He avoided having to come out, and gave me friendly advice instead. I'd highly recommend him for any service need ! I've used him in the past, and will for future issues as well
Stop now and call this guy! He is so knowledgeable, fast, reliable, friendly, honest and fair cost. I have used him about 4 times over the years and have referred him to my friends as well. They all say the same and thank me for the referral. He is the best!
Responded right away to taking care of my leaking hot water heater. Friendly and professional. Will definitely contact Sturm & Son again whenever my next plumbing problem arises (Hopefully no time soon😆)
