This company is great! Clean, honest and ethical. They answer the phone promptly, and scheduling my visit was very easy. They fixed the problem in the tub I called them out for without hassle, and they took some time to educate me on my system. Thank you RMS!

I put in a service request right before closing. Andrew from RMS contacted me within an hour of my request. He scheduled and came out the next day. He quickly resolved my drain issues and took the time to explain how to maintain the sinks so the issue will not happen again. I would highly recommend RMS!!

My experience using RMS was exceptional. I read reviews online, then called a few reputable places. Even other plumbers recommended RMS! They were the only company that gave me a reasonable quote online, and he stuck to that price even though he spent considerably more time and effort than we expected. Everything was explained and he made recommendations based only on what I needed. I’ve already referred multiple people to use him and will continue to do so!
