Had a backed up drain on a Saturday morning. When I placed the call to RMS it was promptly answered and Andrew said he could be to our house in 10 minutes. He was upfront with us that he does work Saturdays but there is a weekend rate that he charges. He came out, was courteous, even offered and went back to his truck for booties to put over his boots to keep our flooring clean and had the drain cleaned within 20 minutes. Would highly recommend!

Andrew was on time and quickly solved my problem. He explained what he was doing clearly. The cost to fix my drain problem was very reasonable. He also helped me with getting quotes for some further plumbing issues I was to resolve. I will use them again.
