When we had an issue with our furnace, 2 other companies told us it was not able to be fixed due to how old it was and parts not available, tried to force us into purchasing a new furnace. I contacted Reliable and with 2 days Brandon came out and determined what part was needed and Bobbi is the office found the part within 2 hours and Carson was out the next day installing the part! When we do decide to replace our furnace, this is the only company I will contact! Prices are fair and no high pressure sales and HONEST about your options.
I've had reliable come twice for second opinions. They are my go to now! 1st time they knew the part was likely under manufacturer warranty that the other company did not. 2nd time other company said I would need thousands in work done when I did not.
