Called last night due to my heat being off and your repair person gave me some great information! Was frost bitten in the service and was in a lot of pain. If it wasn't for him it could have been a really long painful night! I'll definitely use them and refer them to others!
We had new windows put into our home and the window installers broke our A/C unit. ("The window company was paying the bill ") We contacted Reliable heating & cooling to come and check it out when the tech arrived he was able to fix the wires that were broken by the window company. The window company unfortunately didn't pay them ! ( I had my suspicions something bad would happen due to other issues with the window company) So I stayed in complete contact with Reliable heating & cooling until we were able to make it right. I had a leaking hot water tank on 8/14/23. I called at 10:30 am and had 2 very courteous and professional gentleman at my home at 1:30. They replaced my tank and left my basement very clean and went over everything with me before they left. Great experience from my initial phone call to the final repair. Thank you!
