“This place is amazing. From the moment you walk in the door until you are back in your car, everyone is helpful, respectful, kind, and will answer any and all questions you have. My boy, Spencer, likes the treats left behind from neighborhood visitors if you get what I mean. However, it leaves us sleepless with constant trips outside. I’m used to this but this time it was different. They got us right in and took excellent care of him, giving him everything he needed to feel better. We are now on the upswing and this mama and pup will be getting some much needed rest. I just found my new vet much closer to home.”

The other day, Dad was unexpectedly hospitalized and Tails Inn accepted Darcy on short notice (same day, as soon as a relative called). This gave all us great peace of mind. Dad was anxious to get Darcy back to the house as soon as possible and so I went to retrieve him while Dad was still hospitalized. The staff was welcoming and helped me orient to Darcy and his belongings. They seemed genuinely concerned about Dad and extended their wishes for a quick recovery. I was so touched!
