I have been going here for a few months now, even if I take a break from nails I always come back. The staff is friendly, the business is clean. Prices are not bad but paying with cash is a better option because of credit card fees. My nails always look fresh and I leave feeling happy about my experience. Staff really cares about their customers.
Honestly, I can’t stand seeing this place have the bad reviews it does. The staff and environment is wonderful compared to other salons i’ve visited and I’ve been getting acrylics on and off for at least 4 years now, the owner did my recent set and he was amazing. Constantly talking to me and making sure I was satisfied throughout the entire process. I waited to give my overall opinion but it has been three weeks and my acrylic and paint is still holding strong and I work with my hands 40hrs a week. My truck driver husband and I had to stop here @ Massillon for our break. Got my nails done early Saturday morning. Dan was attentive and asked me several times making sure I wasnt in a hurry. I am very happy with my nails.! Thanks so much! He even offered to drive me to our truck so I wouldnt walk so far with my temporary shoes after my pedicure. I will be coming here every time we are in the area.
