Good experience for the most part but they could be a little more clear on just how much of a mess might remain if you have them grind the stump but not do the landscaping afterward. I called them and had them do the landscaping, after the fact. Price was still reasonable. The pictures reflect how it looked BEFORE the landscaping.
I give Berens Tree service a five star rating. They showed up when they said they would come, they were very respectful with moving items and the neighbors play equipment. They were polite, pleasant and respectful. We would highly recommend them. They did a great job on our trees. Derrick and Gary were so professional (those are the only two I met)
