Daniel is a very nice young man. He spent a lotvof time explaining everything to me and gave me 4 different options that I could go with. I felt he was honest and I appreciate that. I was pleased with the service and Watkins has been my heating/ac team for years and I feel they are most reliable, helpful and honest.

Tony arrived right on time and promptly went to work on the semi-annual maintenance visit. We discussed a secondary issue with my system, and while that work didn't happen, I felt good about my decision, based upon detailed information he provided to enable me to make an informed decision. Watkins Technicians are knowledgeable, friendly, and I have always found to be honest when providing education on my HVAC system.
